A Destiny Determined Scholarship Application

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants:

1. Must be one of the following: a graduating senior from Greenville High School in Greenville, MS, and undergraduate student a Rust College who's majoring in Biology, or a graduate student enrolled in the Master of Public Health program at Jackson State University's School of Public Health.

2. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) and submit a copy of official transcript and documentation for the registrar's office verifying enrollment.

3. Must submit a prerecorded video interview no more than 15 minutes or 500-750 word essay addressing individual career goals relating to biology or public health. 

​

All documentation must be submitted by: August 15, 2020. Scholarship recipients will be notified by August 31, 2020.

All required information must received by the deadline provided. If all information is not received by the deadline the applicant will not be considered.
